More ways to pay.
Less chasing.
Take a card payment at the counter, collect remotely or let customers pay online. Supported methods depend on your chosen PSP and configuration, with each payment kept against the right hire.
Take payments the way your business works, with every transaction connected to the hire. From card terminals and card-not-present (CNP) payments to Pay by Link, Pay by Bank and Tap to Pay, use the methods supported by your setup and chosen payment service provider (PSP). Keep deposits, pre-authorisations, invoices and outstanding balances in view, with reconciliation that cuts manual checking and helps prevent missed charges.

Send vehicle rental payment links for remote balances, take a terminal payment at collection or accept Pay by Bank online. Tap to Pay can support collections away from the counter on a compatible device. Choose the options supported by your PSP and setup.
Whichever supported method you use, keep charges, receipts and deposit actions connected to the hire. Your team gets one financial picture across the different ways customers pay.
Connect payments with online bookingDepending on your setup and selected or integrated payment service provider (PSP), options can include card-not-present (CNP) payments, card terminals, Pay by Link, Pay by Bank and Tap to Pay. Your configuration also determines the deposit pre-authorisation, capture, release and refund options available.
Hire charges and their payments are tracked separately from the security deposit. A pre-authorisation is shown as a hold, not collected hire income. Deposit captures, releases and refunds remain connected to the hire so the team can see the current position.
A release cancels an unused pre-authorisation. A refund returns a payment that was previously captured. FleetSuite keeps those actions distinct. Available payment methods and the time funds take to become available depend on the payment provider and customer’s bank.
Yes. Keep invoicing aligned with agreed charges as the hire changes, including additional days and extras. Connect those changes with the rental agreement and customer’s acceptance, then follow the resulting balance through to payment.
Matching payments with hire charges makes it easier to identify unpaid balances and transactions needing attention. The desk and accounts team can work from the same record, reducing repeated checks between the booking, invoice and payment.
